What is a cat? A cat is any member of the family Felidae. We humans admire the sleek, lithe, quick, muscular body of the cat. The enigmatic stare of felines mesmerizes us, and we are intrigued by their casual aloofness. Cats live with us at their discretion and most of us welcome them. In fact, many of us are held captive by the felines that have chosen to keep us company, and there is no doubt that we love every moment of our bondage. |
